Founder
Mr. Abbas Lehry, founder of Cease Fire started a company by the name of Indian Fire Equipment during 1968 undertaking maintenance of portable fire extinguishers.
With his passion and panache , he diversified the business and began to manufacture fire extinguishers , hose reels and various other fire safety equipment.
During 1970, he founded Cease Fire and began to undertake design and execution of fire fighting systems. In due course of time, India’s landmark installation were protected by Ceasefire’s systems and equipment.
To name a few .. the Parliament House, New Delhi , The Asiad Games Stadium, CGO Complex’s and many such projects under Military Engineering Services (MES) and Central Public Works Department (CPWD).
SHAHZED LEHRY

Shahzed Lehry is the Chief Executive officer at Cease Fire with experience specialising in Fire Protection, Risk Management, EHS, Sustanability & Green Resilient Infrastructure over 25 years.
Globally Associated as Signatory member of United Nations Global Compact Network, New York, working to meet the 2030 agenda of sustainable developement goals excelling in goal 9 and 11.
With a Commerce Graduation from the prestigious Mumbai’s HR college of Commerce and Economics, Shahzed is also certified in NEBOSH (National Examination Board in Occupational Safety and Health) and Scored Distinction in Advance Diploma Fire and Industrial Safety
Management from NCVTE, New Delhi (Government of India)
Active core committee member with the CII – Indian Green Building Council and Chapter
Secretary to Fire Security Association of India, with Maharashtra Society Welfare Association
(As Advisory Fire & Safety), is also amongst the first batch of volunteers of the Mumbai Fire
Brigade and Disaster Management having strongly supported various city and state initiatives.

Managing Director
Over the last 20 years, Ali has nurtured this company, to be as one of the most premiered Fire Protection solution providers.
Not only has he gained experience but also leveraged his expertise as a Consultant & Turnkey contractor in India & overseas.
Ali has single handedly expanded with the company’s operations in various verticals such as Data Centers, Oil & Gas Industry, Refineries & Petrochemical Units, Indian Space Research Organization, Department of Atomic Energy, Airports, Power Stations, Pharmaceutical Companies, Automobile Engineering Units and several commercial complexes. It is under his guidance, that the company has boosted its turnover with an above par, industry benchmark of 30% year on year, completing more than 1000 projects with a value in excess of 500cr.
His penchant for engineering, unflinching focus and passion for perfection, makes him an ideal business leader, capable of handling large scale projects and teams with skilled manpower.
RISHABH JAIN
Director - Business Development and Marketing
Equipped with a Dual Post Graduate Degree in Marketing & Finance, he started his professional journey from 2005, and ventured into the Fire & Security field in 2013. Since then he has been developing critical skill sets by acquiring technical expertise and practical experience in the vertical of DATA CENTERS.
He has been instrumental in design & sitc for over 500, new age smart row data centres and various other conventional and modular formats of data center projects in India and overseas. In this journey, he has been able to create a robust eco system with OEMS, expert consultants, loyal customers and a skilled work force to complement Cease Fire’s current and future endeavors.
Years of exposure with international/domestic clients & design standards, adds immense value in his approach to project management and business development, making him a more competitive business leader.
With all the varied experiences, dynamic work conditions and ever changing economics, one thing remains constant even today, and that is, his passion to travel & search for adventure in all spheres of life.
ISWAR IYER
TECHNICAL ADVISOR
Iswar is an engineering graduate from the Mumbai University with over 30 years of experience in the fire protection industry. He has worked for the Tyco group besides Mather & Platt, Honeywell and Notifier and with the UTC group in the Middle East. He retired from Nohmi Bosai (India) Pvt Ltd as Chief Technical Officer in 2019.
Iswar has also written and presented various technical papers to the Loss Prevention Association (LPA), Practicing Engineers Architects and Town Planners Association (PEATA) and the Asia Pacific Fire (APF) Magazine. He chaired the IFFSEC conference in India, acted as a speaker in several major seminars including the LNG 3rd World summit in Tokyo and the Hydrocarbon seminar in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, and several conferences across India.
He is also a member in the editorial board of FSA (Fire & Security Association of India) and presents webinars on technical topics and also moderates panel discussion in FSAI events.
KURBAN MADRASWALA
HEAD - PROJECTS
Kurban is a project execution expert with over 30 years of experience in the industry.
Today he is the primary contact person for the coordination, installation, testing & commissioning of our projects.
As a hands-on team player, he is responsible for a carefree process throughout the entire project in which the different wishes and timelines of the various stakeholders are taken into account.
